This open plan house was designed by Mason Bright Architects & built by Capital Luxury Residences

European marble, oversized glass windows & huge circular skylights create a feeling of opulence and granduer. This luxurious Gold Coast mansion backs onto the water with views to the GC Skyline. Afternoon sunsets ooze through the house via the windows & voids.

We used LED Strip throughout the house for indirect mood lighting as well as emphasising the central skylight over the spiral staircase. As we normally do with CLR, we consult on site, put forward ideas for creative ambient & functional lighting to further the result beyond expectations.

We carried out all electrical works including smart home automation (Philips Dynalite), install of TV & speaker wiring, power & lighting throughout.
